• Personal Identification Number (PIN)
You’ll need your PIN to access some of the Lexus Link
®
services. If, for example,
you’re locked out of your vehicle or it has been stolen, an Advisor will ask for your
PIN in order to provide assistance. Your default PIN is the last four digits of the
home phone number you gave at the dealership when you took delivery of your
vehicle. Changing your Lexus Link PIN is easy. Call the Lexus Link Center and
provide the Advisor with your current PIN number, and he or she will assist you in
setting up a new number. If you have forgotten your PIN, just press the
(Services) button. After verifying your responses to additional security questions,
the Lexus Link Advisor can reset your PIN.
4.12 Advanced Services
You can make your driving time more enjoyable and productive with Advanced
Services. Advanced Services is a feature of Personal Calling that uses your
minutes to access traffic reports, weather and stock quotes. By just pressing the
(Phone) button and giving a few simple voice commands, you can browse
through the various topics.

When Lexus Link responds with "Lexus Link
Ready,"
say "Advanced Services."
2. Lexus Link responds with "Connecting to Advanced Services."
Advanced Services has a few simple commands to help you request the
information you want. If you’re unsure of what to ask for when using
Advanced Services, you can
say "What are my choices," or "Help."
• Traffic
By saying "Get my traffic," you’ll receive an up-to-date report that includes
construction, major delays and accident details within a five-mile radius of where
you were when you called Advanced Services. You can even customize your
report at www.mylexuslink.com to include the specific routes you travel or to
expand your coverage area. Traffic service is available in most major markets.
• Weather
Say "Get my weather," and you’ll receive a three-day forecast for your vehicle’s
current location.
