Jam between the input area and the exit area
What this light sequence means:
A jam has occurred between the input area and the exit area. (An
input area is where print media enters the printer from a source. An
exit area is where a printed job exits to an output bin.)
What you can do:
Clear the jam and the entire paper path:
1 Open the upper front door.
2 Remove the print cartridge.
3 Remove the jam.
4 Replace the print cartridge.
5 Close the upper front door.
6 Press and release Continue to clear the message.
