Understanding the MFP control panel messages
Busy
The MFP is busy receiving,
processing, or printing data.
Wait for the message to clear.
From the Home screen, press Stop to
access the job queue.
Functions in the Profiles menu are
available when the MFP is busy.
Call Complete
The fax call was completed
successfully.
No action required.
Canceling fax(es).
Scan media may be cycling out of
the scan media path while the job
stops. This may take a few
moments.
No action required.
Canceling print
job(s).
Print media may be cycling out of
the print media path while the job
stops. This may take a few
moments.
No action required.
Canceling scan job.
Scan media may be cycling out of
the scan media path while the job
stops. This may take a few
moments.
Remove any unfed sheets from the ADF.
Canceling scan job.
Clearing scanner.
Scan media may be cycling out of
the scan media path while the job
stops. This may take a few
moments.
No action required.
Change <source> to
<new media>
New print media is required to
finish a print job.
Load the indicated source with the
requested size and type of print media.
Close Print Cartridge

The upper front door is open.
Close the upper front door.
Connect <baud rate>

The device is connected at the
displayed baud rate.
