Copy To
Sets the size and type of print media for the printing of copies.
1 Select one of the following:
• Installed size in Tray 1
• Installed size in Tray 2 if an
optional drawer is installed
Possible sizes are:
A4*
A5
JIS B5
Letter*
Legal
Executive
Folio
Statement

buttons to make a selection.
Note: The menu item only
shows what sizes are set from
the control panel for each print
media source or if you use the
multipurpose feeder, the sizes
available are as shown.
Collate
Sets the pages of a job to be
copied or stacked in sequence
when making multiple copies of
the job. Output of copies would be
ordered as 1, 2, 3; 1, 2, 3; 1, 2, 3
for a 3 page job of 3 copies.
If Collate is turned off, the same
job would stack as 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2,
3, 3, 3.
