Lay out the two (2) Side Tubes [

] and 

four (4) Cross Tubes [

] as shown 

[Figure 1].

NOTE:

 Each Cross Tube [

] end should 

align with the holes located on the sides 

of the Side Tubes [

]. 

NOTE:

 The Pull Latches located along 

the Side Tubes [

B

] should be parallel 

with the bent ends of the steel pulls 

facing the interior of the assembly. 

Insert one (1) Pin Nut [

] at each end 

of Cross Tubes [

A

] through the holes 

located on the side of the tube as shown 

[Figure 2].

NOTE:

 The “slot end” illustrates the Pin 

Nuts’ [

C

] internal thread direction [Figure 

3].

NOTE:

 The “notched end” of the Pin Nut 

should lock into the edge of the Cross 

Tube [

] hole as shown [Figure 4].

Secure the Side Tubes [

B

] to the Cross 

Tubes [

A

] by threading one (1) M6 x 

65 Button Head Bolt [

] with a M6 Flat 

Washer [

E

] through the Side Tubes and 

into each Pin Nut [Figure 4]. 

Lay the Transition Flap [

] onto the end of the ramp assembly aligning the 

mounting holes [Figure 5]. 

NOTE:

 The Transition Flap [

F

] should be placed on the Cross Tube [

A

located furthest away from the Side Tubes [

A

] Pull Latches with the 

Transition Flap pointing away from the assembly. 

NOTE:

 Installation of the Transition Flap [

F

] is optional, and can be 

removed for fold flat storage fit on the GearCage carrier floor of Let’s Go 

Aero 4ft models.
