Remove the two (2) Buttonhead Bolts & their associated
hardware located on the edge of the GearCage carrier fl oor
as shown.
Install one (1) Latch Keeper [

] onto each open end
of the GearCage Side Rail by threading one (1) M6
x 40 Button Head Bolt [

] with one (1) M6 Washer

] through Latch Keeper and into the existing Pin
Nut located inside the GearCage carrier Side Rail.

NOTE:
The Latch Keepers [

] much be placed so
the “keyhole” of the Latch Keepers faces the interior
of the assembly.
TOOL(S): 3/16 ALLEN WRENCH & 1/2in SOCKET OR WRENCH
TOOL(S): 4mm ALLEN WRENCH & FLAT HEAD SCREWDRIVER
STEP 12
Place the Ramp assembly Hinges [

] over
the exposed bolt locations on the GearCage
carrier from STEP 11.
Secure the Ramp assembly to the carrier
using two (2) M8 x 70 Buttonhead Bolt
[

], four (4) M8 Washer [

] and two (2) M8
Nylock Nut [

] as shown [Figure 14].
