Note:
To prevent from damaging the drive with static discharge, do not touch the circuit board on the
bottom of the drive.

Step 1. Install the 3.5-inch drive to the drive cage.
a. Slightly tear both sides of the retainer apart.
Note:
Position the drive connectors on the opposite side of the retainer handles.
b. Align the four holes on the drive with the corresponding pins on the retainer; then, fit the
drive into the retainer.
c. Slide the drive into the drive cage.
