Camera-status indicator

When the camera-status indicator is on, the camera is in use.

System-status indicators

The indicator in the ThinkPad logo and the indicator in the center of the power button show the system-status
of the computer.

•

Blinks for three times:

The computer is initially connected to power.

•

Solid on:

The computer is on (in normal mode).

•

Off:

The computer is off or in hibernation mode.

•

Blinks fast:

The computer is entering sleep or hibernation mode.

•

Blinks slowly:

The computer is in sleep mode.

Microphone-mute indicator

When the microphone-mute indicator is on, the microphones are muted.

CapsLock indicator

When the CapsLock indicator is on, all the typed letters are uppercase.

ac power status indicator

This indicator shows the ac power charging status of the computer.

•

Amber

: The computer is connected to ac power and the charging status is 1%–80%.

•

Green

: The computer is connected to ac power and the charging status is 80%–100%.

•

Off

: The computer is not connected to ac power.
