Adjustment of the Tractor/Plough Alignment
Turn the inner turnbuckle (1) to adjust trac-
tor/plough alignment.
If the tractor pulls to the ploughed land
=>
shorten inner turnbuckle (1)
If the tractor pulls to the unploughed land
=>
lengthen inner turnbuckle (1)
When making this adjustment it is always preferable to adjust the inner turnbuckle
(1) longer rather than shorter. (Saving of turning energy, less increase of the oil
temperature, increased lifting height, reduced landslide wear and less power re-
quirement).
The inner turnbuckle is adjusted too long, if the tractor pulls to the ploughed land,
the lower links have reached their maximum moveability respectively the lower
links or the headstock touch parts of the tractor.
Read and adhere to the Safety Instructions!
There is a pinch point between hydraulic ram and adjuster slee-
ve. Keep distance!
In combination with the hydraulic frame swing-in assembly the plough frame
swings-in first and then out again after turnover operation!
