Move the Hibiscus from the working position to the headland
position
Procedure
1.
Lift the rotor(s) above the ground for making turns or ride across the
land:
• Simultaneous lifting:
Operate the tractor single-acting valve (system I) to lift the rotors
simultaneous to the headland position.
• Independent lifting:
Operate the tractor single-acting valves (system I and/or III) to lift
the rotors both or independently to the headland position.

Move the Hibiscus to the floating position
Procedure
1.
Operate the tractor double-action valve (System I or I and III) to put
the Hibiscus in the floating position.
The floating position removes the oil pressure in the hydraulic system,
so the Hibiscus will follow the contour line of the land during operation.
3.9
Stop raking
Procedure
Always switch off the tractor engine before you leave the tractor cab.
1.
Stop the tractor.
Wait for all moving parts of the Hibiscus to stop.
2.
Lift the Hibiscus to the headland position (page 3

12).
3.
Disengage the PTO.
4.
Move the Hibiscus to the transport position (page 3
‑
5).
Wait for all moving parts of the Hibiscus to stop.
5.
Switch off the tractor engine.
