In the factory settings, the
lower drive/pres-
sure roller (17)
is off set by 2 mm.
The lower drive roller can be shifted horizon-
tally in order to compensate for any off set of
the upper drive roller to the lower one.
If an off set of the upper welding tracks to the
lower welding tracks should be determined at
the time of the test weld (see Figure on right),
then this must be compensated for by shifting
the
lower drive/pressure roller (17)
• Undo the
grub screw (49)
with a socket
wrench (wrench size 3 mm) in the center of
the
lower
drive/pressure roller (17).
• Shift the
lower drive/pressure roller (17)
by the same value as was determined for
the roller off set at the time of the test weld.
• Retighten the
grub screw (49)
of the lower
drive/pressure roller (17)
