Orthogonal Stake out
The position offset between measured point and
stake out point is indicated in a longitudinal and
transversal element.

Longitudinal offset: positive if nominal
point further away.

Transversal offset, perpendicular to
line-of-sight: positive if nominal point is
to the right of measured point.
Cartesian Stake out
Setting out is based on a coordinate system and the
offset is divided into a north and east element.
