1 Measure from door edge and mark drilling holes.

2 Drill holes where marked with a 1/8” drill bit.

SRT screws are used on metal doors.
Wood screws are used and recommended on wood doors.
Reduce installation torque if using SRT screws in wood.
3 Measure and determine your door’s width. Using a 5/32” hex
wrench, adjust the closer spring power. Use the table below to
determine number of turns required.
Turn counterclockwise for “-”; turn clockwise for “+”

These turns are recommended, but may change due to
door weight and environmental conditions.

Do not use power drill to adjust spring force! it may cause
damage and void the warranty.

4 Install roller into track, then install end plugs.
For Hold Open
option, complete that
assembly, on page 6,
during this step.
5 Install track plugs onto track, install track onto frame.

adjustment.
6 Install closer onto door using fasteners provided.
7 Install pinion spacer onto the closer cylinder.
8 Install arm to closer.
a. Place main arm onto the top closer shaft at a 30° angle.
b. Install and tighten arm screw.
9 Install arm to track.
a. Place arm onto roller.
b. Install and tighten arm roller screw.
10 Adjust the closer, if necessary. See page 6 for closer
adjustment instructions.
11 Install cover.
