Initial Start-Up Test Faults

Check encoder wiring connections to the LZS-003 controller.

Reverse encoder A and B channels
¾
Check mechanical operation of the encoder. Check the optical encoder sprocket is firmly
secured to the encoder shaft. Check the optical encoder chain and spring travel.

during initial start-up TEST.

Replace the encoder
