STARTING UP
Start the machine up by pushing the push button (ref. 7, pos. 1)
and leave it to work for some minutes to remove any impurities
and any air bubbles from the hydraulic circuit; then stop the ma-
chine, engage the high pressure hose to the gun (ref. 6) and fit
the lance (ref. 8).
When the machine starts to rework, check that the jet is even; if
not, clean the nozzle from possible impurities. Then wait for a few
seconds till the working pressure is reached and open and close
the gun for 2 or 3 times.
To wash with hot water turn the switch (ref. 7, pos. 2). The bur-
ner operates when the machine is in pression. To mix the de-
tergent or the disinfectant to the water jet, open the regulator in
the desired quantity as indicated in the paragraph “DETERGENT
SUCTION”.

To fit the lance to the gun,
it is sufficient to insert the
threated end of the lan-
ce (pos. 1)) into the hole
on the gun (pos. 2); then
screw the lance as indi-
cated by the arrow (A) till
when you have reached
the complete coupling
(See fig. 8).
Turn the switch (fig. 7, pos. 2) to “OFF” position and wait that the water get completly cold. In this way you
avoid any calcareous deposit and overheatings of the coil and the boiler, which are always dangerous.
IMPORTANT CAUTION
When the machine is switched off, always discharge the pressure hose, opening the gun.
