CARE AND MAITENANCE
There are NO user service points on this appliance.
It is recommended that the appliance to be serviced annually, by a qualified
technician.
Before undertaking any cleaning or maintenance work on the appliance, make
sure that it is not HOT and that the isolation valve is turned OFF.
Due to normal wear and tear, we recommend to replace the vermiculite chips
every 2-3 years. Vermiculite chips can be ordered directly by the factory or at
your nearest branch.

MANUFACTURER’S WARANTY
This appliance is manufactured by Lava Fires SA (Pty) Ltd. The grate body
carries a standard 5-year warranty against heat damage as well as 5 years on
the gas control unit against any malfunction.
Warranty will only apply if installed correctly by a qualified certified gas
installer who followed the above guidelines.
Warranty will not apply if the unit’s factory settings had been altered.
Vermiculite chips are not covered by the warrant which are subject to normal
wear and tear.
