Before starting a new ignition cycle, it is necessary to check the
causes that led to the alarm state, in particular:
• Check that the pellet tank is not empty
• Check that the brazier is in the correct position
IMPORTANT NOTICE. Strictly remove all the
pellets (burnt and unburned) from the brazier and
empty it into a non-flammable metal container (not
inside the appliance tank as it could generate a
self-ignition principle). The brazier, before each
ignition / re-ignition, must always be completely
empty and clean: failure to observe this important
warning could generate a dense white smoke
capable of causing an explosion inside the
combustion chamber. The appliance is equipped
with all the safety systems necessary to reduce the
risk of glass breaking, but the explosion could be
of such intensity as to shatter the glass of the fire
door. Therefore, be careful never to remain in front
of the appliance during the ignition phase if the
fuel releases dense smoke.
If the appliance does not turn on regularly, the main
cause may be insufficient maintenance or poor quality
of the pellets used.
Installing the appliance in very cold and / or humid
rooms or areas can cause ignition failures, it is a normal
phenomenon and not to be considered a defect:
in these
cases repeat the ignition cycle (absolutely emptying the
pellets from the brazier each time), if this persists, you can
contact the Service Center to make additional adjustments
and optimize their use (paid intervention).
USE
While using the appliance, the door and the pellet loading
door must remain closed.
Regularly check the good combustion of the
pellets in the brazier. If you notice an excessive
accumulation of pellets in the brazier (over half the level
of the brazier itself) or a pile of pellets that do not burn,
IMMEDIATELY SWITCH OFF the appliance by pressing
the ON-OFF button and contact the service center.
In the event of combustion anomalies, do not remove
the socket to turn off the fireplace but give the remote
control to shut down.
If you notice dense white smoke inside the combustion
chamber, move safely out of the front area of the
appliance and IMMEDIATELY SWITCH OFF the
appliance by pressing the ON-OFF button. The dense
white smoke, due to a loss of flame, is capable of
causing an explosion inside the combustion chamber.
The appliance is equipped with all the safety systems
necessary to reduce the risk of glass breaking, but the
explosion could be of such intensity as to shatter the
glass of the fire door. So be careful never to stay in
front of the appliance if the fuel releases a thick smoke.
ATTENTION: during operation of the appliance, as in all
combustion processes, residues of ash and soot are
deposited on the glass. Our products are designed to keep
the glass as clean as possible, but a lot depends on the type
of pellet used, the flue made and the air intakes.
Therefore
any stains, shading or darkening of the glass during use
of the device are completely normal phenomena and are
not to be considered a defect of the device: any
complaints will not be accepted with use in this mode.
Continuous use of the device at power 1 and in
modulation is also not recommended as it favors and
accelerates the fouling of the glass.

22. TURNING OFF THE APPLIANCE
Turning off the appliance requires a fairly long time cycle. The fume
extractor and the air fan will continue to operate for a minimum of 10
minutes until the appliance has completely cooled down and is made
safe.
WARNING: it is absolutely forbidden to interrupt
the automatic shutdown cycle of the appliance by
disconnecting the power supply. DANGER OF FIRE OF
THE APPLIANCE.
