Exit from Power Save Mode
Press any of the following keys to exit from the power save
mode:

(STOP/STORE)
•
1
(RESET)
•
9
(RUN / PAUSE): There is a short delay before the
instrument starts recording data.
The following actions also cause an exit from the power
save mode:
• Calibration
• Recording (voice or sound recording)
• Playing (voice or sound recording)
Backlight Time
The Backlight Time field sets the duration of time the
backlight remains on after the last key press.
To set the time, select the field and press the

to open the
Backlight Time Menu, as shown in FIGURE 12-9.
