TROUBLESHOOTING
Should you experience any problems with your Hedge Trimmer, please check the following;
Trouble Cause Remedy
Engine will not start or will 1. Ignition switch stop 1. Move ignition switch to 'start'.

Should an operating fault occur, and the Trouble Shooting Guide couldn't help fix the problem,
there are two options;

HSS are the Service Agents for our range of Petrol Gardening Machines.
Should a problem be identified as a Warranty problem (within 12 months of purchase), and the
machine requires some repair or adjustment, all you have to do is take the unit to the HSS
Store and they will do the rest. Once the fault has been remedied, HSS will call you directly to
arrange for you to collect the machine. Typically, this will take no more than 2 weeks.
