3-10 CUTTER FRAME AND CUTTERS
3-10.1
Attach pivoting support brackets on main
frame front bar with 3/4" x 5-5/8" U-bolts,
lock washers and nuts
(See Figures 3-14,
.
Notes:
See Figures 3-38 - 3-45 for assembly layouts.
Rigid frame models use two brackets; folding
frames use six.
Brackets must pivot freely on pivot bolts. If not,
loosen bolts to provide 1/16" clearance.

Attach cutter frame to support brackets
with disc cutter support at same location.
Use four 3/4" x 8" cap screws, lock washers,
nuts
(See Figure 3-15)
.
Note: Install RH cutter supports on right and
LH cutter support on left. See next step.

Install disc cutter supports
(See Figure
:
- RH cutter supports (hubs toward right side
of implement) on RH side.
- LH cutter supports (hubs toward left side of
implement) on LH side.
Use 3/4" x 7-7/8" U-bolts (5), lock washers,
nuts.
CAUTION
TO PREVENT POSSIBLE PERSONAL
INJURY, BE CAREFUL WHEN HAN-
DLING DISC BLADES AND COULTERS.
BLADES AND ARE SHARP!

Attach disc or coulter blades to hubs with
1/2" x 1-1/2" carriage bolts, lock washers,
nuts.

Install cutter frame lift cylinder anchor
