Viewing Multiple TOU Rates
In cases where electricity usage is di-
vided into multiple Time-of-Use (TOU)
pricing schedules, pressing the
key
6 times displays the first TOU screen (7
times in cases where micro generation
has created reverse power). Up to four
sets of four TOU screens are displayed
in sequence starting with the lowest
numbered TOU rate (usually 1) and end-
ing with the highest (up to 4.) Each four
screen set is comprised of usage for
Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, and Last
28 Days, in that order.
For example:
if a
customer is set up with a dual-rate (off-
peak) pricing schedule, the 6th (or 7th)
press of the
key displays Today’s
TOU 1 Usage. Pressing the
key four
more times will display Today’s TOU 2
Usage, and so forth, for up to 18 key
presses. If a TOU tier is unused, it’s
four-screen set will be skipped.
