Setting the Cost per kWh
The second possible variable is the cost
per kWh. If this option is available,
cents/kWh will appear and the digits in
the center of the screen will blink, indi-
cating that the user can change them.
Use the
(up),
(down), and
keys to change and enter a new cost per
kWh. The cost per kWh is not adjustable
if the electric meter automatically pro-
vides this information to the ecoMeter

2
Emissions Multiplier
The third possible variable is the CO
2
emissions multiplier. If this option is
available, the CO
2
icon (
) will appear
and the digits in the center of the screen
will blink, indicating that the user can
now change the variable. Use the
(up),
(down), and
(skip/next or
enter) keys to change and then enter a
new CO
2
emissions multiplier.
