Put tractor in park or set park brake, turn off engine,
and remove switch key to prevent unauthorized
starting.
6.
Wait for all components to come to a complete stop
before leaving the operator’s seat.
7.
Use steps, grab-handles and skid-resistant surfaces
when getting on and off the tractor.

CAUTION
Keep clear. The Snow Pusher can flip suddenly causing
serious bodily injury while lifting unit from the crate.
1.
The Snow Pusher is shipped on its back. Cut corner
posts of shipping crate and remove top frame.
2.
Attach lifting chains to slots in the side panels.
3.
Stabilize unit against flipping by attaching additional
chains to the holes at the front of the side panels.
4.
Using a hoist, fork lift, or other lifting device, slowly lift
Snow Pusher until it has rotated upright.
5.
Lower unit slowly until resting on its skid shoes.
NOTE:
Accessories are easier to attach after
hooking-up Snow Pusher to a tractor front loader.

Tractor Requirements
The Snow Pusher is designed to attach to tractor loaders
equipped with or without a BX Quick Hitch. The following
requirements must be met:
Hitch type . . . . Kubota BX front loader with or without
BX6315 Quick Hitch
Horsepower range . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 28 hp max.
Maximum tractor weight . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1,800 lbs
Maximum tractor lift capacity at pivot pins . . . 800 lbs

WARNING
Rear ballast weights may be required to maintain steering
control and tractor stability while lifting and transporting
heavy loads. Be sure to consult your tractor Operator’s
Manual to determine whether or not to add ballast.
Torque Requirements
Refer to
“Torque Values Chart”
on page 20 to for
correct torque values when tightening hardware.
Tractor Shutdown Procedures
The following are proper shutdown procedures. Always
follows these procedures before dismounting tractor.
1.
Reduce tractor engine speed to an idle.
2.
If PTO is engaged, disengage PTO.
3.
Park tractor and attachment on level, solid ground.
4.
Lower attachment to ground or onto support blocks.
IMPORTANT:
Tractors outside the listed horsepower
range must not be used. Higher horsepower tractors
can damage the attachment.

side plate to help keep unit from flipping forward
suddenly while lifting the unit to its upright position.
