6.  Wash thoroughly with cleaning solution.

7.  Rinse thoroughly with warm water and replace.

Using a funnel, fill the specially-marked sanitizing container 

to the top with cool sanitizing solution. place sanitizing  

container in dispenser.

9.  Place check valve in sanitizing container.
10.  Press the

 * 

button for two minutes ensuring concentrate lines 

are full of solution. Let solution stand for five minutes without 

dispensing.

11.  For each valve, perform a second two-minute dispense and 

let stand for an additional five minutes.

12.  Press the

 * 

button until the sanitizing solution empties from 

the sanitizing container.

13.  Remove check valve from sanitizing container, remove  

sanitizing container, and pour out any sanitizing solution that 

remains in the container. Repeat for each valve.

 

Following sanitization, rinse with end-use product  

 

until there is no aftertaste. Do not use a fresh water    

 

rinse. This is a NSF requirement. Residual sanitizing    

 

solution left in the system creates a health hazard.

CAUTION

15.  Using the

 * 

button, run the pump until only concentrate is 

dispensed, to remove traces of sanitizing solution from the 

dispenser.

16.  Remove drip tray and cup rest. Wash thoroughly with  

cleaning solution. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

17.  Wipe the dispenser with a clean, damp cloth, taking care to 

remove all product residue.

18.  Replace drip tray, and cup rest.
19.  Return key to 

ON

 position.

20. 

Pour approximately two ounces of finished drink product to 

fill nozzle.

14.  Reinstall Minute paks®, and connect check valves in  

containers. Replace nozzles.
