B. Mounting on Back Block
CAUTION
USE CARE TO INSURE O-RING IS NOT TORN OR OTHERWISE DAMAGED. IF DAMAGED,
REPLACE O-RING.
1. Check o-ring on back block. Replace o-ring, if necessary.
2. Apply 111 Lubricant (or another FDA approved lubricant) to o-ring, if necessary.
3. Press valve into the back block.
4. Lower the valve retainer to lock the valve in place.
5. Turn the back block shut-off to the open position (clockwise rotation).
6. Connect the valve harness to the proper position on the PCB.
7. Lower valve shroud.

NOZZLE HOUSING (SEE FIGURE 3)
A. Removal
1. Remove nozzle housing, by twisting it counter-clockwise and
pulling it in a downward direction.
2. Remove nozzle o-ring, if needed.
B. Assembly
1. Slide nozzle o-ring over the nozzle mount on the underside of
the valve.
2. Slide o-ring into the groove on the end of the nozzle body
assembly, if necessary.
3. Apply 111 Lubricant to o-ring, as required.
4. Install nozzle housing by inserting it onto the nozzle body and
twisting it in a clockwise direction to lock it into place.

NOZZLE BODY AND FITTINGS (SEE FIGURES 4 AND 5)
A. To access the top of the nozzle body, remove screws under valve plate, raise valve shroud and
lock into place.
B. Each nozzle accepts four (4) fittings. The center nozzle port must always have the water fitting
installed. The outer ports (numbered 1 through 3) are for syrup fittings.
NOTE
When using thicker viscosity syrups, do
NOT
install syrup in Port #1. To achieve the
proper ratio, it may be necessary to use a fitting with an orifice larger than the standard
fitting.
C. Use a plug (PN 01-2004) in all unused syrup ports to keep debris from entering the unused
ports.
