Limited effect geothermal heating
Alarms:
Measurement 4
Measurement 9
: If the controller has given the compressor a running permit but measurements does not receive running
information, a ”CompressorRun” deviation alarm is given and the controller deletes the compressor's running permit. The compressor
tries to restart after 5 minutes and after that at 60 minute intervals if the electrical heating resistor is not on. If the compressor starts
up, it has to remain running for at least 2 minutes so the compressor alarm is deleted. An alarm can be caused by:
- the overcurrent protection of the overpressure pressostat, compressor or geothermal heating pump (acknowledged by the
electricity distribution cabinets) or
- the low pressure pressostate ( acknowledged by the pressostat).
: the temp of the accumulator's upper part exceeds 95°C, an “Overheat” alarm is given; (the alarm disappears when
the temperature drops below 85°C)

Geothermal heating unit control using factory settings. The outdoor temperature at the time of inspection is +20° C
and the controller indicated supply water temperature is 21° C.
