Before Laminate Processing

There are two types of laminate film,  「roll type」  and  「pack type」.
This product uses  「pack type」  laminate film.

※  「Roll type」  laminate film cannot be used.

Thickness of film

Turbo  film  (long  side  film)  is  a
film  made  for  the  purpose  of
shortening processing work time.
Material  and  component  of  the
product  are  identical  to  general
films.

Insert laminate film into the laminator beginning with the contact side.
If non-contact side is inserted first, laminate film can get entangled by the roller and cause
failure of the machine.

Thickness of one side of laminate film in a pair is displayed.
In case of generally used  「250μ」  film, approximate total thickness after processing is

Thicknesses of pack type laminate films provided by our company are as follows.

Thickness  is  selected  according  to  the  purpose  of  use.  100μ  film  is  widely  used  for  general  menus  and
POPs.
This  machine can  handle  200μ  ~  350μ,  but  there  is  a  concern  for  entanglement  of  80μ  ~  150μ  films  if
they are handled improperly. Refer to P 15 for details.

Pack type laminate film is a set of two sheets that have a contacting side. Glue is applied on the inside.
Glue is melted using heat when passing through the laminate for adhesion.
Contact surface is generally on the short side, but there are some films that contact on the long side.
