Return Procedure
All returns must be assigned a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#) in advance.
Returns received without RMA # may be refused. If a return is required,
the Customer should call;

The Customer will be asked to fill out an RMA form so that RMA # can be issued. All returns must be securely
packed to prevent shipping damage and must be clearly marked with the RMA# on the box. Consignor shall pay
freight charges on all returns.
