TEMPORARILY MODIFYING A RECORDED PROGRAMME/RECIPE

i.e. for the current cooking operation only.
This may be essential when the programme
is stored for a product with a different size,
therefore it may be necessary to increase
cooking times, raise the temperature or change
any other type of parameter.
