WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Your appliance comes with a

-year warranty.
To enjoy an additional year of warranty free of charge, sign up to
the
website (www.lagrange.fr).
The warranty applies to parts and labour and covers
manufacturing defects.
The following are not covered by the warranty: damage due to poor
use or not following the instructions and breakages due to a fall.
THIS WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO DOMESTIC USE AND UNDER
NO CIRCUMSTANCES DOES IT COVER PROFESSIONAL OR SEMI
PROFESSIONAL USE.
The retailer’s obligation to offer a legal warranty in no way excludes
the manufacturer’s legal obligation to cover flaws or hidden defects
in accordance with articles
1641
to
1649
of the Civil Code of France.
In the event of a breakdown or malfunction, please contact
your retailer.
In the event of a technical defect in the
8 days following your
purchase, appliances will be exchanged.
After this period, they are repaired by the
after-sales service.
In order to benefit from the guarantee, the user must present a
copy of the invoice specifying the date on which the appliance
was purchased.
Duration of availability of spare parts
In accordance with article L
111
-
2
of the Consumer Code, we plan
for spare parts to be available for a product that can be repaired
for a period of
5
years following its manufacturing date.
However, this availability is only guaranteed in the country in which
the product was purchased.
Shipping costs for returns
After the first year which benefits from the distributor guarantee,
you only have to bear the costs of returning the product to the
factory. The cost of re-shipping will be covered by us within the
shortest possible time frame.
