1.- Always turn off and unplug the machine before cleaning. Wait until the inside is no longer hot.
2.- Remove the rack, empty the bowl of any contents and clean them both with soapy water.
Ensure they are properly dried using a dry teatowel.
3.- Never use any chemical or abrasive products. Do not use a brush or any other type of utensils
which could damage the different parts and surface of the slicer.
4.- Eliminate all grease and food remains that could have become stuck inside and outside walls
of the oven using a cloth.
5.- Use a damp cloth with detergent to clean the machine and then dry it. Make sure to clean the
machine completely every day.
6.- Do not clean the lid or any of its parts with water. Use a soft dishcloth.

ATTENTION
:
Do not put the machine directly into any container with water in it. This
machine is not waterproof
8.- Washing function: this option is shown on the temperature dial. It allows you to remove
stubborn residues from the glass bowl. Pour two litres of water and a spoonful of washing up
liquid into the glass bowl. Set the timer to 10 minutes and set the temperature dial to
"Thaw/Wash".Once the time is up, grease and stubborn residues can be easily removed from
the glass bowl.
