OPERATION
1.- The machine should be installed on a work surface that has sufficient stability and strength to
support the weight of the machine and product being cooked.
2.- Before machine first use and before plug, clean carefully all parts that might be in contact
with food.
3.- Make sure that the line voltage of your power source matches the rated voltage and frequency
on the machine.
4.- Position the chrome steel rack inside the glass bowl. Place the food to be cooked inside
the oven. Ensure a space is left between the food and the lid.
5.- Push the handle on the lid down and back. The security device will not allow the oven to work
while this handle is raised. If the handle is raised during cooking for any reason, the oven
will stop. It will start working again once the handle is pushed back down.
6.- Turn the timer dial, and a red light will go on.
7.- Select the desired temperature, and a green light will go on. The oven will start working.
8.- The green light will illuminate when the halogen lamp is switched on and while it remains
activated. The thermostat inside will maintain a constant temperature within the oven,
automatically turning the lamp on and off.
9.- Cooking options:
a) Barbecue:
1- Place the food directly onto the rack.
2- Halfway through cooking time, turn the food over.
3- As when grilling, roasting time will depend on the thickness of the food, its fat
content and personal preference.
b) Steam cooking:
You can steam your vegetables while cooking your main dish by placing the
vegetables in an aluminium bag with a few drops of water. You can also steam food
directly inside the oven. Pour in a cup of water and add any spices or other ingredients
you require.
c) Frying:
To make chips, cut up the potatoes, submerge them in oil, remove them from the oil
and drain them, then put them in the convection oven. To make fried chicken, smear the
chicken with oil and place it in the baking dish.
d) Au gratin:
There is no need to pre-heat the oven. Put the food directly onto the top grill with the
oven at its highest temperature for a short time.
e) Defrosting:
Set the temperature at 100ºC and defrost the food for 5 - 10 minutes.
SPECIFICATIONS
