WASHING THE SOLUBLES CIRCUIT
The following indications are in addition to the washing
procedure described above.

Here are the steps to perform at the end of the work day.
Please follow these steps:
1) Open the lock (

) to access the solubles mixer;
2) Open the control panel (

3) Detach the powder funnel (

4) Remove the nozzle (

) from the mixer conveyor (

);
5) Turn the ringnut (
G
) clockwise;
6) Remove the mixer conveyor (
3
);
7) Remove the mixer blade (

);
8*) Remove the powder storage drawer (

);
the drawer (

can be cleaned weekly
;
9) Use a brush to clean all the holes where the liquid passes
through.
Place ½ liter of cold water into a container and add a dose
of liquid detergent (see product instructions).
Wash the separte parts, removing any organic residue
with a sponge.
Immerse all mixer parts in the solution (water – detergent)
for at least 15 minutes.
Remove all parts from the solution and rinse.
10) Reassemble the parts and attach the mixer to its base.
Note: Take care when reattaching the mixer blade (

)
to the pin (
P
), and make sure the two flat parts on the 2
components match.
11) After the machine has returned to its normal working
conditions, perform a washing cycle following the
instructions described previously.
