VENTILATION HOOD OR ADJACENT LOCAL
In order to distribute the heating in the environment or carry it to an adjacent room it is possible to install a galvanized
steel covering (optional) on the external cast-iron body of the same appliance.
The covering is provided with 4 outlets with a 150mm diameter to connect the heat resistant pipes. This covering is
fixed to the fireplace through special screws.
a) Perform the drilling on the walls or on the existing hood to allow the passage and the application of the (fire-
resistant) hoses with 15cm
diameter and related openings.
b) Fasten the hoses using the clamps to the related collars and openings.

(1) The chimney cap must not show hindrances within 10 m from
walls, pitches and trees. Otherwise raise it of at least 1 m over the
hindrance.
The chimney cap must exceed the ridge of the roof of at least 1 m
