DOWNTOWN 200i

CYLINDER HEAD INSTALLATION

Install the dowel pins and a new cylinder head
gasket.

Install the cam chain guide.

Install the cylinder head.
Install the camshaft.

Install the intake valve rocker arm and the rocker
arm shafts.

CAMSHAFT INSTALLATION

Install the set plate to prevent the rocker arm shaft
from pull out.

Torque

: 1.2 kgf-m (8.9 N-m)

Clean the intake valve rocker arm shaft
off any grease before installation.
