11. CRANKCASE/CRANKSHAFT

DOWNTOWN 200i

CRANKCASE SEPARATION

Remove bolts attaching left crankcase.
Place the crankcase with the left crankcase down
and remove the right crankcase from the left
crankcase.

Remove the engine oil screen.

Remove the crankshaft from the left crankcase.

•

Never use a driver to knock the crankcase
mating surfaces apart.
