5.4 Operating the system
5.4.1 General use
The user manual for the TracPhone system describes general use of the
system and all the functions of the web interface. It also contains a brief
description of how to use the IP Handset with the terminal.
5.4.2 User interfaces
Overview
The main user interfaces for operation of the system are
•
the built-in web interface using a computer with an Internet browser
•
the IP Handset
Built-in web interface
The built-in web interface is used for easy configuration and daily use. You
access the web interface from a computer connected to the terminal, using an
Internet browser. No installation of software is needed.
An Administrator password is required to access advanced configuration of
the system. From factory, the Administrator User name is
admin
and the
Administrator password is
1234
.

TracPhone systems.
IP handset
Apart from the standard functions of an IP handset, the TracPhone
FleetBroadband IP Handset contains a display menu for the TracPhone
system. For further information on the IP Handset, refer to the user manual for
the IP handset.
