Rotor height adjustment range modification
Shifting the rotors to place the machine in
straw position :
The straw position increases the raking height
by 40 mm. To make this adjustment, place the
machine on level ground.
Before carrying out any operation
on the machine, stop the tractor
engine, remove ignition key and
wait for rotating parts to
stop.
Lower the rotor on the ground
Remove a few tine arms for easier access.
Remove pin (1).
Raise rotor arm. (make sure the latter frees
itself from the undercarriage without getting
jammed).
Remove four screws (4), guard (5) (which is
made up of two parts).
Make sure there is nobody in
the rotor pivoting area before
raising rotor arms.
Remove undercarriage by unscrewing 4 screws
M16 (8), then raise rotor arm.
Remove spacer (7) located underneath the
undercarriage by unscrewing 2 screws M10 (6).
