The top part of the chain must be taut.
Chain wear is not always even, so you should check the
setting at different chain positions.

Check the chain, rear sprocket and front sprocket for wear.
» If the chain, rear sprocket or front sprocket is worn:

Change the drivetrain kit.

should always be replaced together.
