The spring preload defines the initial situation of the spring process on the shock absorber.
The best spring preload setting is achieved when it is set for the weight of the rider and that of any luggage and a passenger, thus
ensuring an ideal compromise between maneuverability and stability.

Loosen screw  .

Turn adjusting ring  counterclockwise with the hook wrench from the tool set until
the spring is no longer under tension.
