7.4.9 Dismantling the complete pump
NOTE
Do not carry out your own maintenance on the pump set within the warranty period.
Carrying out the maintenance work described below during the warranty period will result
in loss of warranty cover.
In the event of damage during the warranty period please always consult the
manufacturer.
NOTE
For standard maintenance the pump set does not need to be completely dismantled.
Only completely dismantle the drive of the pump set if:
- The can is defective
- A motor winding defect is suspected
7.4.9.1 Opening the stator space
Pump version with terminal box

The notes and steps stated in (
41) have been observed/carried out.
1. Inside the terminal box, disconnect the electrical conductors leading to the
stator.
2. Undo the screws of the terminal box and remove the terminal box.
3. On DS 90 remove socket head cap screws 914.57, and on DS 112 remove socket
head cap screws 914.57 and 914.84, and lift off holder 732.10.
4. Undo socket head cap screws 914.38 and remove motor housing cover 812.
Pump version with free cable end

The notes and steps stated in (
41) have been observed/carried out.
1. Undo the pressure screw of cable gland 826.01 in such a way that the part of the
cable gland screwed into motor housing cover 812 remains in the cover.
2. Undo socket head cap screws 914.38 and remove motor housing cover 812.
7.4.9.2 Cleaning the stator space
If the can is damaged, clean the stator space.
