grub screw M3x3
Drill open the next hole to 2 mm.
Place linkage part 47 onto the arm and fix it with
the nut. Secure the nut with some thread lock or
superglue.
Check that the linkage is turning free.
Now place the complete linkage with rudder arm
onto the rudder shaft. For adjustment the
complete unit can be torn out along the slot of
the servo tray. Servo arm and rudder arm should
be parallel to each other.
Fix grub screw M3x3 of the linkage.
Slide the servo tray into the slots of bulkhead 4
and 3. Secure it with screw 32 in bulkhead 4.
Slide the rudder with shaft through the rudder
tube from downside into the hull. Place the
rudder arm from the upper side. Center the
rudder and fix it with the grub screw inside the
rudder arm.
Cover the servo from paint with plastic and tape.
Place parts 52 and 53 into the slots of bulkhead
6 from rear side and glue in.
First glue rear wall 56 to the outside floor 54 and
afterwards the sides 55.
After the glue is dry, glue the seats 57 and the
back 58. Sand the side edges of the back 58.
Now the complete set can be placed into the
boat.
Don´t glue in
, it needs to be used as
opening to servo and battery.
Glue the front cabin roof 59 onto the bars 28, 29,
part 30 and the side walls 25. Fix the roof with
tape.
Turn the boat upside down to avoid that glue
drops down into the hull.
Place the front window 60 with tape centred on
the cabin roof. Fix with some tape to the cabin
sides and glue.
Fill the gap between roof and front window with
some glue.
Cabin Roof
Cover the cabin sides and bulkheads with tape
in the area of the roof construction, that the roof
