8.1.1 General maintenance information
The hand-held spray gun is not subject to any regular maintenance intervals.
Wear parts such as seals, nozzles, and needles should be checked at regular intervals and
replaced if necessary to ensure defect-free operation. The level of wear depends on the abrasive-
ness of the spray medium used. Escaping air and spray medium as well as the deterioration of the
spray pattern are signs that parts are worn. Contact Krautzberger Customer Care should you have
any questions about maintenance work and maintenance intervals.

8.3 Work after completed maintenance
Upon completion of the maintenance work, the following steps must be carried out:

All screw connections that were unfastened during the maintenance must be checked for a
tight fit.

Check whether all covers and protective equipment have been properly attached.
n
Ensure that all tools, materials and other equipment have been removed from the work area.
n
Clean the work area. Properly dispose of the leaked fluids.
