STORE/RECALL: To store/recall a setting, do the following:
1.
Press and hold the
ENTER
button
to access the MENU MODE command screen.

Press the
ENTER
button again. The MATRIX Display momentarily shows the message:

LEFT
button to store a setup (or press the RIGHT button to recall a setup). The

Where xy are the OUT buttons.

Press two OUT buttons, using the OUTkeys # 1 to 9, and 10 (which is translated as 0 in this
case). The OUTkeys function on a decimal-basis, and not on a positional-basis. For example, to
enter the # 14, press # 1 followed by # 4 (not # 14). To enter the # 3, press # 10 followed by # 3.
The ENTER LED lights and the Displays show the messages:

FOLLOW the SYSTEM: In this mode, a

as “Audio-Follow-Video (AFV)” and “Breakaway”, when video and audio switchers are combined.
When working with just two switchers—VS-1616V and VS-1616A—you can execute this function
using the AFV, Video and Audio pushbuttons on the VS-3000.
To set the
Follow-SYSTEM
mode:
1.
Press and hold the
ENTER
button
to access the MENU MODE command screen.
2.
Press the
ENTER
button twice. The MATRIX Display momentarily shows the message:
FOLLOW the SYSTEM

Press the
LEFT
button to set the
Follow-SYSTEM
mode (or press the RIGHT button to set the
Breakaway-from-SYSTEM
mode). The MATRIX Display shows the message:

mode. In the
STATUS Display, the letter “S” is displayed behind the blinking cursor.

CONFIRM: Choose the

mode (execution is immediate) or the

(actions require confirmation). To choose the
At Once
mode, do the following:
