TROUBLE SHOOTING
To bleed the hydraulic system:
• Close the release valve by turning the jack handle clockwise.
• Insert handle in sleeve and pump jack up to full height.
To release air from the hydraulic system:
• Open the release valve by turning the jack handle counterclockwise.
• Remove the oil filler plug from the cylinder.
• Rapidly pump jack handle through several full strokes.
• Replace the oil filler plug into the cylinder again and jack is ready to use.
REPARATIONS
Any hydraulic jack found to be damaged in any way, is found to be worn or operates abnormally, believed to have
subjected to an abnormal load, shall be
REMOVED FROM SERVICE UNTIL FULL REPAIRED.

should be aware that repair of the equipment requires specialized knowledge and facilities. Only factory authorized
parts, labels and decals shall be used on this equipment. Contact customer service department.
