Motion Sequencing 2.0
Overview
Motion Sequencing 2.0 is evolved from the wavestate’s Wave Sequencing 2.0. Sequences run individually for each voice.
Timing, Pitch, Shape, and four sets of Step Sequence values (Seq A-D) are separated into “Lanes.” Each lane can have a
different number of Steps, its own Loop Start and Loop End, and its own loop direction or step order randomization.
Each Step in each Lane even has its own Probability.
Loop points, Step Probabilities, and other parameters in the lanes and their steps can be modulated on a per-note
basis, using velocity, LFOs, envelopes, etc. Each time the sequence moves forward, values from the individual lanes
are combined to create the output. The result can be either ever-changing rhythmic patterns or smooth, organic
modulations.
