Product ID Number (PN),
Serial Number (SN)
Module’s revision
Operating System and Kernel/Build version
Software modifications
Addition connected hardware/full description of hardware set up
The serial number can be found on the Type Label, located on the product’s
rear side.
Be ready to explain the nature of your problem to the service technician.
13.1.
Warranty
Due to their limited service life, parts that by their nature are subject to a
particularly high degree of wear (wearing parts) are excluded from the warranty
beyond that provided by law. This applies to the CMOS battery, for example.
If there is a protection label on your product, then the warranty is lost if the
product is opened.
