Fax machine with external telephone
If you are operating your Minoltafax 1100 together with an external
telephone apparatus and you answer a fax machine by phone, you must
manually transfer this fax transmission to your fax machine.
Transferring an incoming fax transmission from your external telephone to
your fax machine.

Press the [3] key twice on your telephone.

Place the telephone handset on the hook.
Your fax machine will now accept the transmission.
The respective code to transfer a fax transmission can be individually
programmed via software switch 08.

Not all telephones are designed to do this!
Not all telephones are capable of transferring an incoming fax
transmission.
