Altering a directory number
Altering or correcting an entry in the directory.

Select the entry you wish to alter via
the [DIRECTORY] arrow keys.
Confirm your choice via the [SET]
key.

Alter the designation of the number.
Confirm your choice via the [SET]
key.

Press the one-touch key
[5 - CURSOR RIGHT].
The respective directory number
will appear in the display.

Press the [SET] key.

Alter the number. Confirm the
alteration via the [SET] key.
See page 3-3.
A beep will be heard. The directory
alteration is now stored.

Press the [STOP] key to return to
the standard display.
