Setting the date and time
The date and time are shown in the standard display of the machine. The
date and time will also appear in the header of every outgoing fax and
generated report, as well as in the footer of every incoming fax.

Press the [MENU] key 6 times.
Confirm your choice via the [SET]
key.

Press the [SET] key.

Enter the date and time via the
numerical keys. Confirm your
choice via the [SET] key.
A beep will be heard. The date and
time are now stored.

Press the [STOP] key to return to
the standard display.
The standard display will now show
the entered date and time.

Entering 2-digit date and time!
In order to enter the date (8th June 1999) and the time (15:32 hrs), the
following keys must be pressed in sequence: 0806991532.
